Our pricing structure is designed to make it simple for an agent or property owner to estimate the total cost for the session in advance.

For instance, most clients commonly prefer 3-4 outdoor ground level images of the home and property, and 1-3 aerial images.

2-3 images are made in each "high traffic/ high value" room in the house, such as the kitchen, main bedroom/bath, living and dining areas, etc.

Most other secondary bedrooms, bathrooms, hallways, etc. can be represented adequately with 1-2 photos in each area.

The above listed image fees are charged per each professionally edited and delivered digital image.

Property "teaser" videos with a duration of approximately one minute are an excellent way to give a potential buyer an overlook of the entire property and its surroundings. Videos include a mix of aerial video and still images showcasing the interior and exterior of the home, and they perform very well on social media platforms.

Pricing as shown is valid for cash payment. Invoices paid with credit/debit card will incur a standard 3% processing fee.

*Standard flat rates are valid within a 20 mile driving distance of our business address in Cassville, Georgia, 30123. Clients outside of this area will incur a $2 per mile (only one way) surcharge*

**The State of Georgia does not charge sales tax for delivery of digital media, so long as it is digitally delivered to the customer (via email, online download, etc.) If the client prefers our work to be delivered on a physical device (DVD, USB drive, etc.) Georgia Law requires we charge sales tax for the images**

Other Services:

We are also equipped to create portraits on a case-by-case basis, which are desirable for business related headshots, social media profiles, etc.

When our schedule allows, we are open to discuss providing photography and professional editing for families, pets and social events, upon special request.

Every client has unique needs, and might request specific services. For these reasons, pricing for services not outlined above will be quoted on an individual basis (portraits, family events, children/pets, etc.)
